How we hire
Open roles are posted on this page when we are actively hiring. There is no speculative jobs board and no application form that stores résumés in the marketing database. When a role is open, the listing will name the discipline, the location expectation, and how to apply by email.
Until a role is listed, the best introduction is a short note to bytesnitch@gmail.com with your focus (engineering, design or delivery), a portfolio or GitHub link, and one project you are proud of. Subject lines that name the discipline help us route the message. The contact form on this site is for project enquiries, not job applications.
We value the same qualities we publish for clients: tailored solutions, quality and security, clear communication, and end-to-end ownership from planning through support. Day to day that means writing or reviewing code and designs that match an agreed scope, documenting constraints honestly, and staying available when a release needs maintenance.
Disciplines we typically hire for include full-stack and backend engineering, product-minded frontend work, and delivery roles that keep web, mobile, API and cloud work aligned. Experience with the stacks named on our tech stack page helps, but curiosity and clear writing matter as much as a particular framework.
