Case studies of quick commerce, astrology, bond trading, a paid quiz, a 3D catalog, and logistics. Each states the gap, the system, and the scope that shipped.
Each study states the business gap, why the system was built, and how the build closed that gap, using only what the engineering notes already record. The diagram is drawn from that system's architecture notes. High-level design, low-level design, infrastructure, and the stack follow. A client review and a testimonial sit with each study. The pages do not add hostnames or metrics that the notes do not contain.
Projects
Quick-commerce platform
A dark-store catalog, a short-lived cart, and rider dispatch for customer, vendor, and partner apps on one API. Checkout is an in-process mock card and UPI path, cash on delivery, or a wallet. It is not a live payment processor.
Astrology marketplace
A marketplace for human astrologers and AI personas, with kundli and panchang, YouTube live, a shop and pooja, and a wallet. Recharge is mock UPI and card. A call product was built and then removed.
Institutional bond trading platform
An institutional bond alternative trading system for the Mexican market: an anonymous central order book, request for quote, live WebSockets, and yield analytics. Django with a domain layout, plus a Next.js PWA. Two protocols can run on the same security.
Paid quiz platform
A paid quiz and trading-room game with wallets, KYC, tournaments, bots, and NinjaMan and ZapCore WebViews. FastAPI, Celery, and Flutter are the system the notes describe.
3D product catalog
A 3D interior catalog and editor API: scene graphs, physically based materials, GLB meshes, and favorites. Express with a domain layout and Prisma on a Mongo replica set. The frontend is a separate application.
Multi-sided logistics platform
A white-label logistics foundation for three audiences. What is implemented is the design shells and full authentication. Pricing, booking, providers, tracking, and pay are modelled in Postgres and are not built.
